1. LOK SABHA PASSES SHANTI BILL TO REVOLUTIONIZE NUCLEAR ENERGY SECTOR

  • SHANTI Bill 2025 Passed: The Lok Sabha passed the Sustainable Harnessing and Advancement of Nuclear Energy for Transforming India (SHANTI) Bill, 2025. This historic legislation amends the Atomic Energy Act of 1962 to allow private sector participation in nuclear power generation.
