1. AstraZeneca opened India’s first Integrated Genomic Solutions Centre for Precision Oncology in Amaravati on 28 July 2026 focusing on genetic research for cancer diagnosis and therapy using next-gen testing, AI and bioinformatics.
2. The government approved RBI’s proposal for field trials of 1 billion polymer notes each of ₹10 and ₹20, which last longer, resist moisture and dirt, offer better security and lower replacement costs while paper notes continue.

2.காகித ரூபாய் நோட்டுகள் தொடர்ந்து பயன்பாட்டில் இருக்கும் அதே வேளையில், நீண்ட காலம் உழைக்கக்கூடிய, ஈரப்பதம் மற்றும் அழுக்கைத் தாங்கக்கூடிய, சிறந்த பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் குறைந்த மாற்றுச் செலவு கொண்ட தலா 100 கோடி (1 பில்லியன்) எண்ணிக்கையிலான ₹10 மற்றும் ₹20 பாலிமர் நோட்டுகளை களப்பரிசோதனை செய்வதற்கான இந்திய ரிசர்வ் வங்கியின் (RBI) முன்மொழிவுக்கு மத்திய அரசு ஒப்புதல் அளித்துள்ளது.
