2.இந்தியா-ஆப்கானிஸ்தான் இடையேயான வர்த்தகம், முதலீடு மற்றும் வணிக ஒத்துழைப்பை வலுப்படுத்துவதற்காக அசோசாம் (ASSOCHAM) மற்றும் ஏசிசிஐ (ACCI) ஆகிய அமைப்புகள் புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தத்தில் (MoU) கையெழுத்திட்டுள்ளன.
