1. 2026 ஆம் ஆண்டின் இறுதிக்குள் இத்தீவு நாட்டில் யுபிஐ (UPI) சேவைகளைத் தொடங்குவதற்காக இந்தியாவும் சீஷெல்ஸும் (Seychelles) ஒரு புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தத்தில் (MoU) கையெழுத்திட்டுள்ளன.
2. இந்திய இராணுவம் தனது முதலாவது ஒருங்கிணைந்த போர் குழுக்களை (Integrated Battle Groups – IBGs) XVII மலைப்போர் தாக்குதல் படையின் (XVII Mountain Strike Corps) கீழ் 2026 ஜூலை 1 முதல் செயல்பாட்டுக்குக் கொண்டு வரவுள்ளது.
